Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of a prospect apply for Mumbai Chai Franchisee
1. Any amount paid as a token to book or reserve franchisee is a part payment and not the full franchisee fee offered.
2. Balance franchisee amount to be paid immediately after the property is finalised or within 30 days from the date of application, whichever is earlier
3. Toekn amount paid / Franchisee Fee for the franchisee is non refundable in nature.
4. Other payments towards set up (if done by brand) & brand supply (Mascot, PoS, Inventory, Uniforms & other brand items if any) to be paid immediately after the property is finalised.
5. Franchisee applicant needs to finalize the property within 60 days of signing this term sheet, failing which the token amount or full franchisee fee deposited with franchisor will be forfeited.
6. Both parties will sign the agreement within 30 days from the date of signing the term sheet.
7. This franchisee application & T&C will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the provisions of this Clause, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction hereof.
