We strive to deliver high-quality chai packs. However, if you face any issue, the following policy applies:

1. Order Cancellation
– Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
– Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refunds
– Full refund if:
  – Wrong product is delivered.
  – The product is damaged, expired, or defective on arrival.
– No refund if the product is opened, used, or tampered with.

3. Process
– You must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof at chaipiyo@mumbaichai.in or +91 9169216921.
– Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
